The Energy Paradox

It is simple logic that you have a lot more energy when you are busy and nearly none when you are tired. Or is it? It may be the simple act of resting and inactivity that steals our energy. The hunter conserves energy for the hunt but if there is no hunt there is no hunter? Is it right to demand that our job solely fulfills us when the opposite is normally true.

If you exercise you may get fit, if you work you may get rich, if you play with a new friend you may get love. Where do we get the power and the passion to pursue our life?

Without a passion for life when you rest you may only get tired, drink get drunk: eat get fat: work get money ....

It is our individual hopes and dreams give us the purpose and the passion for life, to get fit, to work hard, to get rich, to achieve our goals, to live life to the fullest every day. Living our hopes and dreams creates the energy that powers our lives everyday and get us up every morning. Stay in touch with your hopes and dreams and find the energy to power to live your life every day.

The problem of focus

Ever wondered where the little man inside your head gets his ideas?

Before you drag yourself out of bed and throw yourself in the shower has something already gone wrong with your day? Its not fair, I don't get enough money to do this stuff, get out of this job, get out of this marriage, get out of this town, I dont want to be here. Or walking down the street? Yes I would, I want that, she could have me.

Remember how good the warm wind feels on your back, walking on a beach, how nice it is to breath fresh air, drink cool water from a spring, laughing with friends.

Take control. Turn off the self talk. Remember the pleasant moments and focus on making today a personal best. Have a great day every day and enjoy the free time that comes from a focused mind.
